If you only focus on Strengths based practice how do you change the behaviour that needs to be addressed?

Encouraging them to use their strengths to work on changing? Work on expanding pre existing strengths?

From my perspective, emotions and your mental state are what motivates your behaviour. I suppose, focusing on strengths will lead to behaviour that strengthens the individual? So, current challenges that seem heavy will lighten and you'll be able to cope a lot easier, like it has less affect on you and your decisions..
