Very useful... but, slow down the pace please! Speaking faster doesn't mean we understand faster, if I was a student in your lecture without a pause/change speed button it would have been almost impossible to follow.

i've been here for nearly an hour translating this for my cousin on a fresh Saturday, Slow down the pace and use a better mic, came from WWII. the info is very helpful. PS. use 0.75x for better understanding.
