The funny thing is that the kids in this show are very much accepting of everyone regardless of their appearance. Their hatred for Zim and Dib has never been because of their weird appearance or their fashion, it's been because the former is a crazed, deranged and egotistical shut-in and the other is pretty much the same, but with the added bonus of being insensitive.
