I believe you can slow the video down if you’re trying to figure it out. Yes, it is a sweeping motion after the tap without picking the strings.

I haven’t encountered that issue yet. As long as the taper makes it to the tuner on a locking tuner, you’re good. I love it man!

@@nickwichmann7433 Oh ok, it looked like it on camera. On my 29.75 the lowest string often starts to taper to early so the string rattles against the fretboard

No tricks, it’s a 29 inch scale 7 string. Definitely took some to get used to, but it shreds!

.80-.12, but this guitar has a longer scale length than most 7 strings as well. Figure out what you prefer for your tuning and stick to what feels comfortable!
