the biggest obstacle facing EVs is not just limited range, but the lack of adequate EV recharging infrastructure . . .

Also those moving parts would be a fortune to replace. Because of the wear and tear of parts rubbing together.a stationary solar panel/heat generator would be a better way to add range even if its a few miles.

They also can't forget that most of our power stations run on fossil fuels so many people that are plugging in their vehicles are charging their vehicles because of coal. Then we could also talk about the mining practices to get the material to make these batteries also talk about how long an EV has to actually be in service before it has a positive environmental impact considering how nasty mining for the batteries are and how nasty disposing of the batteries are.

One BIG Problem with lowed Music OR Headphones, is most USA States actually have Loudness laws, and Laws against wearing Both ear Head Phones, as You Can't hear Emergency Vehicles, and You will be Ticketed for Not giving way!!🤔👮....

Same here in Finland. You must be able to hear the sounds outside your car like emergency vehicle sirens.

Camera's are truly great...if they don't fail! They are electronic devices, and as such they are subject to failure, without notice. Mirrors though, don't fail. They don't take power to operate. You can have multiple mirrors straight ones, convex ones and concaved ones. Now I do like having cameras, and tend to rely upon them, to a certain level. But removing mirrors, no way. That is not a good practice, ever in a vehicle.

One problem with 'active noise reduction' in cars is that you might not hear an emergency vehicle siren to tell you to clear the way....

Alternative is to just replace your filter aircond filter with HEPA filter. Works the same.

I want a modular car(s), so we can meant somewhere having driven ourselves there and can hook the cars together an one of us can drive the other person and their car and our car home. Or I can share a long drive with a friend (say to another state) but if one needs to leave earlier, we can take our car and do the return trip.

No, the greatest reason that people don’t want to buy EVs is not because of their small range. It’s because they tend to catch fire, and that their batteries will have to be replaced at an average cost of $8,000 - $30,000.

How old your information is as Byton went bankrupt. Well, about the first seat. The lady really doesn’t look relaxed in that thing. And the Porsche electric motor has wires very badly assembled as there is not much space between the red wires and road. It needs good protective shielding too. And the car audio system with noise cancellig system. That’s prohibited in many countries like here in Finland. You must be able to hear noises ouside the car like emergency vehicle sirens.
