Best solid works videos I've seen on KZfaq. I recommend renaming your videos with key words such as beginner, intermediate, Solid works Course, English ( trust me on this one ) . Also, can you tell me how you move around your part so fluently, is it a special type of mouse?

Love your videos man, very informative and beginner friendly. Currently I'm working on a table for construction at school, but I just can wrap my head around assemblies. What i need to do is make a certain part a certain dimension away from the previous part so that they don't line up on the edge and offset incorrectly. If you could do a video on assemblies whenever you have time I would really appreciate it :) Keep up your Awesome work!

I will make a video but what you want is easy to do. Select "Mate" from the menu, click the first surface to mate and then the second. They will snap together. Once the two surfaces attach to each other, look on the left side of the screen where the mate command is displayed and scroll down. You will see a "dis" or "distance" box and you can adjust the offset there. There are a bunch of other choices like angles and more there as well.

This is a great informative video, but if I may ask, why are you using a MacBook running Windows when it's better to just use a PC?

Because Macbooks run Windows better than PCs in my opinion.
