You should use TEG modules instead of TEC modules. TEG modules are designed and dedicated to generate electricity from heat, yes you can generate electricity from TEC but it will not output the same amount as a TEG.

Only a few people know? Know what? That you can generate electricity from heat? That's probably why they sell these devices on eBay and Amazon...and there are also hundreds of videos on using these on KZfaq, and countless web pages too. The video is fine, but the title is certainly misleading. May have instead said "cute puppies" or something like that...

it is interesting.... a was about to order peltiers online... this is kind of advertising and marketion from peltier manufactures. is this vedio genuine. because this u tuber not responding to vital comments from his subscribers who asking technical support seems no resposibilty for his work and content. can we reach this much of watts from this units. i need help.

Для бОльшей эффективности нужно другую сторону модуля Пельтье сильно охлаждать. Лучше всего подходит кастрюля со снегом сверху! )))

Need heat sinks on the "cold" side of the 6 chips, and a small fan running off the current to flow air across those cold side sinks.

Advertising for the ignorant.. in reality it is never practical. The differential temperature difference should be 67 degrees. efficiency 15%..!!!

Yes 67 degrees bettewen bottom and top at 0s. but at X second the difference bettewen have 2 or 5 degrees. Because the Top isn't refresh

The opposite side has to be cooled massively otherwise the output will be quite weak. The more temperature difference the more power.

a peltier can’t provide such high currents needed to supply current to an led, however, if we put multiple of these devices that Inventor KR has made in parallel, we may actually be able to produce a sufficient amount of power! and forgot to mention, maybe add a low-power fan and heatsink on top of the peltiers to improve efficiency.

Ideally you should cool the cold face, but at least insulate it and not connect it to the plate being heated with metal plates.

I intend to do exactly that this summer. 50-100 el cheapo TEC modules thermalglued to the backside of a 100watt solar panel, still on the fence about heatsinks and air flow, or a liquid cooled setup and its associated pump (losses) If I could get another 50-100watts @ 18v (tuned down to 12v with a charge controller) I would be beyond thrilled. 25-50watts would make me happy.

I did once connect 1 peltier to watercooling and blew torchfire on the other side. I think I calculated to get 24W from one single 40mm*40mm Peltier.

@@vencdee it could have been 45mm*45mm. anyway the voltage wasn't high. if I remember right it was 24W eventually. it's not so much if one compares to the active cooling with 10C water and on the other side wasmetal heatspread which I heated with fire. I have thought that maybe one could build unit to connect peltierserie to any exhaust system in a house or in a larger vehicle. I just searced from google that peltier would stand only heats up to 200C and this why the water would be smart to be around 10C.

at the end they could not resist faking. Generating initially of 1 - 2 volts checks out them bam 10, 12volts lighting a car headlight, removing the heat source and you still have light ? slap on my face, you could be rich if you can do it NASA would pay you millions..

En pocas palabras vengo y colocó ese proyecto una vez terminado sobre el techo de mí casa 🏠 y en lo que comienza a calentar por efectos de los rayos del sol ☀️ yo ya tendría electricidad como para hacer encender una lámpara de luz led como de unos cuarenta watios desde luego agregándole un mini convertidor de julio ya que aquí en Venezuela la temperatura del ambiente es bastante alta durante el día puesto que hay calor extremo no necesitamos encenderle un mechero al conjunto de pertiel para calentarlo y poder producir una pequeña carga eléctrica bastante satisfactoria 👉👍💪👉💯🇻🇪☮️☀️🏠💡📺📻💻📱🥘🍲🥗🍳🧑‍🍳🛀 y mucho más 😂🤣😅😂😅🤣😅😂😂😂

КПД элемента Пельтье около 20%... Следовательно чтобы засветить лампу мощностью 50Вт от Пельтье нужно отобрать 200Вт... К примеру эффективность солнечных батарей повысили до 29,15% и ничего сжигать не нужно, хоть и там есть свои минусы

Useless project. Peltier cells have a ridiculous rendering. Besides you use TECs but you should use TEG.Waste more energy than you produce. You get a few volts of voltage but you don’t get amperere. A project for children to play

Использовать модули ТЕС из охладителя (как в ролике) - хреновая идея. Как генератор, они дают слабую мощу. Другое дело термоэлектрогенераторные модули. Например TEG1-12611-6.0 Макс. мощность 14,6 ватт ( т.гор=300, т.хол=30). При т.хол=30, а т.гор=100 даст всего 2ватта (1,4В, 1,4А). Сомневаешься, поищи даташит. А при воздушном охлаждении эта приблуда долго не проработает - нагреется холодная часть и эффективность упадет до нуля ((((
