Hello Friends,
In this video, you will learn how to create an Excel and VBA based Inventory Management Template. This Template is useful to manage the Store Inventory and to search the Product Drawer. This can be used wherein hundreds or thousands of small products are kept in the drawers. It can easily tell which product is available in which drawer and how many units are in stock.

I am sorry but Excel is not a solution for inventory. It is a single.user flat table. One user can overwrite another users work. It is great for adding lists etc. But really accountants who laud its merits should really avoided. Once again I am sorry for my negative comments but there are many affordable database solution out there. Whilst you have done a great job you have the skills and understanding to do database programming

@@PKAnExcelExpert Yes I changed all frontend part and all messages that the users receives but still one thing does not work. I receive a message à such "ColumnWitdth propriety does not exist" when I try To open the form. This is on a MsExcel 2010 . Shall I delete the columnWitdh from the code????

Please try to use only excel only or very lessor part of VBA because I think many of people are very comfortable with Excel but not to the VBA so it's only a request, please don't mind for that. Very informative video, however i cannot get pass the coding bit. the first form that you create to show products that is where i am stuck. I followed your example however I keep getting error and no products populate on my form i keep getting error 9

I can't thank you enough for this very educative video I have learned so much from it. I don't know how to thank you. Though I had 2 questions to ask. 1. I would wish to ask the meaning of the Drawer Number and it's use. 2. I wanted to know if there are not stock costs how would I treat the form 3. Is it possible to have more than 1 users, where you can see who made a certain transaction whether adding new qty in ore who gave out the product? Thank you sooo much

Excellent explanation with simple data. please create a dashboard for the manufacturing industry to get each production's FIFO cost where more than 100 raw materials have been purchased, producing 200 finished products with those 100 raw materials in different combinations and selling to multiple customers.

Thanks so much for your video! It makes me recall a project I was working on to track my stocks. I stopped with the problem that, when I sell partial quantity and then rebuy again from the same stock, how to calculate the cost? e.g. I first buy 10 shares of Apple at $100$ then buy again 6 shares at $110. The average cost now is $103.75, then I sell 3 shares at $120 and after that, the cost for the rest 7 shares is still $103.75. Then I rebuy 5 shares at $110, how to automatically calculate the cost for the stock now? The method I'm using is the weighted average cost of the share. Do you have any idea how to work that out?
