I just came across your channel. MAC is the O.G. makeup brand that so many of us are obsessed with/we're obsessed with but always come back to. I'm buying some more eyeshadow singles and blushes and rearranging my single pan palettes. Thank you for the great content.

I just found your channel. Love your content! Thank you for being so authentic and original. I love my MAC staple products: blushbaby, painterly, quick response eye cream, Fix Plus, Giga Lash mascara, creamsheen lipgloss, syrup and modesty lipstick, and all my pro pan eyeshadows. I have backups of Blanc Type and Omega.

I'm loving your videos. I remember watching you years ago. Loved your Mac video. I remember when Mac never had sales and them eyeshadows were $15 a piece because they didn't have all this competition. I miss owning Sable because it was my go to neutral when I did a bold lip. I got Ricepaper because everyone said it was perfect for deeper skin but it was yellow. I have mostly neutrals from Mac which is odd because when I was buying their stuff I wore a lot of color, but I was trying to save money, hahaha, and got the quads.

I just found you through this video and I’m so pleased! I love Mac single eyeshadows - they form the majority of my eyeshadows. I’d rather have some good singles than keep trying to find the perfect premade palettes. They’ve helped me avoid buying so many palettes as I can dupe them with my Mac singles (or my makeup geek ones if not).

I was deep into bare Escentuals when the MAC craze was so big so I didn’t have any until about 2009 or so. I bought the first big palettes that were warm and cool for $100 each! 😱 my daughter has the cool but I depotted the warm and never used them. Then they just couldn’t compare to all the new formulas and I’ve given them away. I still like watching the videos though.

Oh man. I've never thought any other formula compares to these. I know that all depends on what you look for in your makeup. I prefer mac because they aren't super pigmented right off the bat. (Their new shadows are) but I like having the control. I find other brands are immediately super opaque and it makes me go overboard.

@@hotglossip3713 Very good point! I ended up with many that I couldn’t even see on me and I pretty fair. I did use Wedge on my brows for a long time but then changed up what I do.

Mac used to be so good! What happened to them?! Their collections are so lame and they used to be epic. I still have some staple products I love but Mac could be doing so much more. Ooh that rose before bros shade is so pretty!

I honestly agree with you so much. I love Mac. Always have, always will. But I don't follow their collections like I used to at all. Their new shadow formula is great, though, for sure.
