Inverted Supinator Test (Positive Test)

The Inverted Supinator Test/Sign is part of the cervical myelopathy cluster. Here is a video of what a positive test looks like and I also threw in a positive Hoffman's test while I was at it.
✅ Place the patients pronated forearm over yours and get them to relax as much as possible. Flex the elbow slightly. Use a reflex hammer and tap the distal brachioradialis tendon near the styloid process. A positive test occurs when the fingers flex after the reflex hammer strikes.
✅ A positive test can be an indicator of cervical myelopathy but be sure to add this test to the cervical myelopathy cluster before making a decision.

Paul the distal attachment of the brachioradialis is to the radius. It doesn’t cross the wrist. So if you are looking for wrist extension you are hopefully testing the extensor carpi radialias.

I know this has nothing to do with this video, but whenever I put presser on my leg my knee feels like it pops out. it goes to the side, I did this by pitching in a softball game by dragging my foot. I've had pain on the outside of my knee I've also had pain below below the kneecap, my knee cap also is higher then where it usually is. its been a struggle to walk too do you have any idea what this could be?

Sounds like a patellar subluxation. But youtube comment section is no place to seek medical advice, try to get in touch with a local physio or sports medicine doc who specializes in lower limb problems
