I think it's important to stick to stocks that are immune to economic policies. I'm looking at NVIDIA and other AI stocks that have the potential to power and transform future technologies. It seems AI is the trajectory most companies are taking, including even established FAANG companies

Well all i know is that you cannot go wrong taking profit at near high. No one ever went broke taking a ~20% profit. It's best if you consult with a fiduciary advisor in situations like this so you can make informed decisions.

That's a great analogy and I love the insight. Professionals could make a really big difference in investing, and I think everyone should have one. There are aspects of market trend that is difficult for the untrained eyes to see.

@@keto6789 I have always invested in Tech. But it’s still a gamble to invest in that sector. You just have to do research and due diligence on the tech companies you invest in. I was in the tech bubble in the early 2000’s. I look at some of my old trade records from back than. Over half of the techs I bought went bankrupt and don’t exist today. I just wish I had kept the good company stocks like Amazon, Apple. But unfortunately I had a margin account and all my stocks got sold with margin calls. My $60k portfolio in a week was down to $3K. I was wiped out. But I was young, I learned allot. I’m fine with the tech stocks I own today, happily retired with no worries from my technology investments. 👍🏻👍🏻

It’s precisely at times like these that investors need to be on guard against the next certainty. You don’t have to act on every forecast. I will also suggest investors to get yourselves a financial-advisor that can provide you with entry and exit points on the shares/ETF you focus on.

A lot of folks downplay the role of advlsors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for licensed advisors and came across someone of utmost qualifications. She's helped grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $275k to $850k.

Good video. Real estate is something worth venturing into and having a good knowledge of it serves you an everlasting skill for life. Honestly, these talks and analysis serves best on theory and a little bit affected on the practicals, that's why we have management/service providers in the real estate market. Well spoken about. I have been immersed deeply in the real estate sector for over 5 years now and I'm glad to say I'm loving this niche. Good knowledge first, it's literally not easy to have someone who would coach you or guide you prior allocating whatever monetary asset you have into the market for appreciation of assets. But when you have videos like this try learning and doing a little research and trust me, getting into the real estate market would pay well.

I think Nvidia use cases in marketing are even silly but still believe in technology. Smart developers can spend 10MM or so and the dreamers and thinkers can hire the semi skilled smelly laborers (engineers) to develop test cases. He is right, you do not need 10BB invested right now.

remember when I just got into crypto back in 2019 but later in 2020 I ended up selling it because I was dumb and I didn't understand it. I studied and learned and now I know how it works. @@sumguy7716 eventually we'll hit a plateau in the improvements of AI. Not sure when. But so far, the models have been better and better. Just check how horrible text-to-video was one year ago and what it can do today. The companies are still investing massively in hardware to train the next models. Then the next phase will begin. We're in for a ride and it will be the biggest revolution ever.
