Your opinion thought provoking editorials. SEBI or to that matter any investigative journalism once out in open, should be investigated thoroughly. Be it of reputed companies or a small ones. All such narration also should be in public domain. Why we should be scared of investigation, if Corporate are right, let them issue clarification, their mindset fully. Once wrong, action review overview should occur is felt. We have to be a developed country hence boarding de-boarding good relevant information for better governance is also required.

Please do some research regarding what the shareholders right against those bse listed companies involved in electoral bonds.I meant rhe amount that ought have gone to shareholders as divident was diverted to electoral bobds without their knowledge and how the amount was accounted in their balance sheet.

I listened to your video blog with interest as a layman and a citizen of India. Once you described SEBI as the most powerful regulator in the world. Why then it turns out such a lack lustre performance? I get an imagery - best described in Hindi. सेबी एक सुस्त अजगर की तरह पड़ा रहता है बीकेसी में. “सब चलता है” नामके भारत के कल्चर कीटाणु ने उसे डस लिया है. Don’t expect anything beyond tokenism from SEBI.

I take the Good Bad Ugly of stock market as Sucheta Harshad CNBC. Now Sucheta few days back Tejas Networks A tata group company posted results much better than the streets expected But post market hrs. But during the mkt hrs the stock shot up 16%. Who knew this in adance and who bought n gained 35% in two days as the stock againt went up 18% next day. This is the clear case of Insider trading practiced by the Ugly. This is just 1 example of the Ugly, its an ocean of insider trading out there and this Ugly has emerged as its undisputed champion as its got a well paid and currupt guardian angel called SEBI. Can you Xpose this, kapde upar ke nanga karsakte is CNBC N SEBI ke Nexus racket lobby ka.
