Just recently, I’ve been thinking there is no sequel to life. As I see it, we won't wear this particular Earth suit again. So I question, how do I want to live it?
Reflecting on the choices and decisions we face in life, I've found that regular Wim Hof Method practices have shifted my perspective on things that used to bother me. My approach to life is evolving, and I am organically expanding even more. My recent silence is simply a thirst to listen more and observe the world as it changes, just as I am.

Hi Emma. Your video's & monologues are like on-line hypnotherapy. ( No I don't mean they send me to sleep ! 🤣). I just find it so calming & re-assuring. The USA section was like 'Little Red Riding Hood' & the wolf almost joined you for a swim. I've been over the Lakes walking a couple of times in the last few weeks & hope for more if the weather holds. Lovely to see you again my friend xx

I suppose - reading your description - Earth Suit is unusual in that it's not a suit that can be tailored to us. We have to tailor ourselves to the Earth in 2 ways - thinking about both nature and other animals including fellow humans and thinking how we can have the best journey for us on it by using life Earth gives us resourcefully. Gosh I hope that makes sense but another amazing video Emma, thank you 😊 🙏🏼

Hi Emma. Please advise whether taking several minutes to fully immerse into cold water, there is any change to how long you can stay in for? i.e. does it cause peripheral vasoconstriction over the ENTIRE body, even before it's fully immersed, thereby reducing surface heat loss from the main body, etc? Thanks, S
