have yall not been paying attention ??? the reason viltrumites a constantly checking on mark because NOLAN left in 1st place.....now imagine you have been conquering planets for THOUSANDS of years, then one of your MOST trusted officers leave his post and also has a viltrumite son on said planet ... you bet your ass i'm going to be checking up on the offspring as much as possible, also there was no reason to check on before he left because 1 hes and was one of their most trusted officers and had a great track record

Remember what Kregg said to Mark "i know this may not appeal to you, given your sympathies" after the viltrumites took Nolan away? they know Mark isn't gonna simply obey and conquer Earth for the empire, they don't trust him, that's why Kregg threatened to kill millions if Invincible didn't do his assigned job, and that's why Anissa was sent to check up on him... Mark is really pissing them off. What's crazy to me is how Mark simply forgot Kregg's words and didn't warn Cecil so they could start preparing for the viltrumites, instead all Mark was thinking about was Amber... it took a viltrumite putting her hand on his girlfriend's neck for Mark to wake up to reality.

When Mark's powers manifested that when the script flipped. And every viltrumite knows about "Nolan's son". Nolan never went back to them after he left Earth. How would the three viltrumites know he had a child unless Nolan was keeping them updated. It looks to me that Nolan was sent to to see if human-viltrumite offspring would be powerful. That was phase 1. Now that they know the offspring are viable they've moved on to phase 2: conquest. Then phase 3: Snu Snu!!!

i believe the plan was for the viltrumite to have a child and wait till their powers develop before they can start their conquest, i think Nolan explained it in the first season very briefly in like one of the last 2 episodes...

In 19:34 she says Nolan never conquered nothing lol last episode General Kregg while talking to Nolan said he conquered hundreds of planets and brought glory to the empire, the viltrumites all know about Nolan, even calling him "The great Nolan" like Lucan did in episode 4 of season 2. Omni-Man is a legend. Tasha must've meant "never conquered nothing ON EARTH", if that's the case then yeah, Omni-Man was hiding his real intentions while waiting for Mark to grow to see if he would have powers, that's why only after finding out he had, he decided to start conquering the world by first killing its most powerful protectors, the original guardians of the globe... all that was left then was to train Invincible at least a little and finally reveal his plan and try to make Mark join his side, that way Earth would fall much easier, like it did in other dimensions. Anyway, the reason no viltrumite came to check up on Nolan during these 20 years is because up until he came to Earth he was one of Viltrum's most trusted agents, unlike Mark who proved himself defiant.

@@userious258Think about it. How do they know Nolan had a son? He had to be updating them. He certainly didn't go back to tell them after he left earth. The moment he got powers now they want to move on to conquest. I think they can't reproduce amongst themselves. Although at the same time they seem so robust it would be weird if they couldn't. They don't seem like they would be genetically defunct. Or maybe purebreed Viltrumites take too long to mature like Baby Yoda.

Viltrumites get stronger as they age. Mark is the equivalent of a one month old. Thula is strong as all hell, and an elite. Mark has the makings of something great already, he’s just raised to not kill anyone or get close to doing so.
