Except me then, I do not want China to be high income, not because I hate Chinese citizens but because of the concern of Chinese Government body. Of course, China becoming high income country on "GDP Per Capita" while keeping a acceptable Gini index such as at least lower 40% (not reported but as a fact of course) can only happen when China become a non authoritarian or totalitarian system. In that case, I am OK with it, since no serious concern would be necessary regarding to Chinese Government body. Chinese Government body would become liberal in that hypothetical scenario.
