Conscripts and Penal battallions are now fueled on kvass, making them immune to all damage while moving and shooting. Also make them 100% faster. 5 points - Deadshot Boris. All tank crews will recieve a new gunner that will give 100% chance to hit enemies.Also guarantees engine damage on 1st hit. 8 points - Stalin propaganda! While activated, all units killed will be instantly replaced with 3 units of the same type. Duration 60 seconds (60 seconds cooldown) 12 points - Glorious victory! A commissar is deployed to the battlefield with a one time use ability to make the enemy team surrender.

that flanking was so cool. if that happened in real life the enemy was seriously cut from the base and got hit from behind that got them cornered
