I think Aoyama will not feel hopeful or think he can be a hero. He's too guilt-stricken and depressed to be emotionally fixed so easily. I mean, he practically tried to kill Deku just a little bit ago; that has got to weigh on his soul, even if Deku readily forgives him. But he will know that he can trust Deku, so I think he will devote his life for his friend. I think Aoyama has a quirk-trap rigged in him, but it won't be explosions, but rather something like the Godzilla quirk or auto-teleportation to a predetermined destination. It will activate either when he starts feeling hopeful about being redeemable, or when he is literally alone with Deku (if Class 1-A will risk letting Deku be alone with anyone, let alone with a traitor).

Many are upset that Class 1A forgave so quickly.... and in a way I am too: BUT only because it indicates they're speeding through the rest of the manga to get to the end. i REALLY was hoping they'd carry it over to 2nd and 3rd year. Perhaps this means instead of an epilogue time skip showing them in their adult hero life, it's going to end on the graduation ceremony! I think I would've reworded Iida speech by pointing out that AFO probably has HUNDRED of unwilling accomplises forced to work for him out of fear for their family... and it'll be hard enough to break down AFO's chain of influence if they're going to punish those who clearly AREN'T doing it willingly. THAT and the fact AFO probably finds a silver lining to a spy being exposed is to stir distrust among the Class and school... and they know they can't afford that right now. AND if they show they'll give people who were unwilling spies a chance to redeem themselves.... it might weed out other traitors. Haha naive perhaps.. but ALSO Aoyama as they say might be the only link to AFO's whereabouts.

I HAVE BEEN SAYING THAT! I want MHAV characters in MHA. Though, for that to happen we need MHAV to end first. After all, what is the point of reading MHAV if we know all the characters will be okay. Of course, I am the type to be "it is the journey that counts, not the destination" but not everybody is like that. Still, it will suck if MHAV does end because it has been a fun ride. Even with the current war arc.

Honestly I believe he's setting up all might's death while everybody is distracted with the traitor AFO is plotting a trap for him in which a huge plot twist stain comes to defend all might but ultimately fail due to AFO's power

I highly doubt that there’s just one traitor.

Know Horikoshi has been rushing but we really need to see everyone’s reaction to this because not everyone will appreciate Deku’s madness the same as Bakugo. (Also need to squeeze Recovery Girl in behind Nezu on the list of potential traitors,)

Look at the hypocrisy though Hawks is a double agent and even kills a man "thats for justice." Aoyama does it to not have his family killed and "Aoyama is this bad guy" according to Toru. Can someone not tell me Horikoshi doesnt have a talent for parallels.
