I am LOVING everything about this! Oh my goodness...Farm Fresh, crackly old dark varnish, the new chintz looking inlay...the crystal or glass knobs on the upper drawers-everything is just awesome. The colors are soft and feminine. Another fantastic project y'all. Loving it from Louisiana

Oh my goodness I LOVE these inlays so much♥️This dresser turned out gorgeous and I really loved the ceiling tile and headboard that you did for your debut. I know you said the liquid patina was not recommended, but bravo to you guys for trying it, it was the perfect choice for that chippy tile. Also, THANK YOU to the IOD Sisters for giving us such wonderful products to work with👏 I cant wait for new colors and designs, and to give them a try, and thanks Jamie and Zeb, you guys always outdo yourselves!! ♥️

very pretty transfer paint paper...u can do the same thing using gesso. however the product is very pretty the sticker price is to give anyone a heart attack..lol

Hi. I've been watching for quite a while, but this is my first comment. I just took a look at your website to see about potentially purchasing some paint, and I saw that a lot the DIY brand brushes are currently out of stock. Is that something you think will be relieved soon, or have they been out of stock for a long time because of all of the craziness since the pandemic? By the way, that dresser is absolutely stunning. Cottage look is not normally my style but I totally love it. Wow!!! 😍

I’m just not a rose person. The IOD sisters obviously are because every new thing they do is always roses! I truly hope they go dahlia, lobelia, petunia, peony and even fields of wild flowers their next releases. @ Zeb Ray, you KNEW I had to go there! It’s also a pretty expensive technique. I hope they consider paring down some of their options. Though I get that R & D was truly expensive. It would be nice for those on a budget or in a market that doesn’t afford a lot of add-ins to give us some of these at the $25-$30 price point. Finally, a special request from you guys, I hope that you creat a piece that does reuse these because I think that’s going to be a super awesome design with faded/distressed flowers. I did buy the other one! Just trying to put some balance into a new technique that’s pretty awesome! Leslie PS. I do wonder how long it’s going to take IOD’s competition to figure out how to reproduce this technique!

Really? THAT is your justification for not removing the drawer pulls before painting the drawer fronts....because you don't want to slop paint inside the drawer frames? "Inlay" is a misnomer for this product because you are not embedding a different material into the surface (ivory into wood, metal into wood etc). You are adding paint on top of a painted surface. This a transfer process though it does not use adhesive as the binding agent. Instead the transfer is applied via a property of paint, wet paint activates dry paint. Wet paint on the dresser activates the dry paint on the applied transfer.
