Heyy.plzz meri problem solve kar dijiye... Mujhe first list m college mila tha jisme maine fees pay karke admssion le liya tha uske baad upgrade hua third list m toh mera pehle wale college se admission hatt gya as per the guidelines of refund policy but maine upgraded college ki fees time se pay nhi ki jo shyd 1000 rupees zyada thi as mujhe ab du m admission nhi lena toh how will i get the fee refund as there is no withdrawal option it is only mentioned - payment window closed...i am really panicking..as to what i should do...please help
