@@notbedanga it's true. For example I'm going to buy it here in Italy with the university discount (-50 euros on the tablet and -100 on the pencil). The university gives us unlimited space on drive so I don't really need more than 64gb since I'm not going to play with it. So it really depends

But if you do a lot of stuff, like take notes, use a lot of office type apps, play games, edit 4k films, then 256gb is a better deal than 128, if you aren’t that concerned about the bells and whistles of a pro. I want the extra spaće without breaking the bank, and know I have plenty of space for everything i need to do. 128 wouldn’t cut it for me.

Exactly. There is still a very big difference between the iPad Pro and the iPad Air. 1) Having ProMotion (120 hz) makes the experience far far better as compared to a 60 hz panel. 2) The quad speakers on the iPad Pro sound is on another level. 3) The base storage starts at 128GB. 4) LiDAR camera system ( I find it unnecessary but hey, it’s still there) 5) FaceID (FaceID is just far more convenient as compared to the Touch ID on the iPad Air and makes life easier) These things make a huge difference to one’s experience. See, if one is okay with 64GB, iPad Air for $599 is a good deal but when you want higher storage, you gotta get the 256GB which significantly bumps up the price to $749 which is in the same territory as the iPad Pro starting at $799. So just get the iPad Pro base storage with all the added pro features like promotion, quad speakers and FaceID if you’re spending 750+ dollars.

The 120hz is basically a gimick in my opinion, yes it’s smoother, but unless you’re gaming, there is no use for it but sheer purchase justification.

Overall usage its smoother when scrolling though pages. 60fps feels slow to me im sorry and people raved about pro motion on the iphone 13 pro / max so we dont base it off your opinion. I could quickly tell the difference between 60 / 120hz and 200 hz or so. 60 feels meh slow in scrolling gaming and everything else. Im use to 120 tho so. Again we dont base it off your opinion. If we did pro motion wouldn't be a thing and we would still be stuck on 60fps. The fact people upgraded the iphone 13 for pro motion and raves over it and not just one person that did it but many says alot. Even i use to use 60fps phones and jumped to 120 and i wont go back to 60 so its not about "your opinion"

If you’re using the iPad air for school then 64gb is great, but if you’re using it for more than one purpose like content creation, game, and etc. I would recommend getting the 256 one. (don’t want ppl to make the same mistake like i did lol)

not sure , if you're not organized whit your files or need to keep a lot of big files on the ipad at all times then no. I you have a 64gb phone and erase stuff often and never run out of memory then yes it's enough

I find it way more than enough but it all depends what you need it for man. For school, in most case scenarios, its enough. In engineering and compsci I had way more than enough room for notes, assignments and everything. I would even download some netflix movies to watch in the buss when going back home.

I faced this decision when purchasing an iPad. It was £719 for a 256GB SSD, 8GB RAM, M1 iPad Air; or £749 for a 128GB SSD, 8GB RAM, M1 iPad Pro. I chose the Air, simply to make this future proof enough, all while purchasing at a viable price. I work in consultancy, and do software developing however I think if you’re looking for a computer just get the M1 MacBook Air. If you just want a content consuming, note taking, media using device, this is probably perfect for you, even at 64GB. For a future proof device, always go one tier up than you think you’ll need.

Hello, imo if you want to at least use the ipad for 4 yrs, maybe go with 128GB storage instead of 64GB either Air or Pro is more depends on your usage! if you're more into digital designer, developer, video editor etc. then better go with iPad Pro, but if its just a simple notetaking and netflix then iPad Air is fine! :) but if budget is not an issue, I would suggest for iPad Pro 128GB for more "future-proof" :) and it has more better sound quality & screen display (based on my opinion) :)

@@oogabooga4753 There are many solutions to the 64gb, but not really convenient as much. You can always have the option of iCloud, you can manage your storage, and you can get one terabyte from Terabox for free, but you have to manually back up files, photos and videos
