Wishlist for Mini❤️🤞 1. Oled 2. 90/120 refresh rate 3. M1/M2.

An iPad mini ‘Pro’ with Oled, Pro Motion and M1 would be a dream!

The biggest disappointment when it comes to the mini is the 60 fps display. It’s 2024, make it at least 90

Do you know what, I bought the new iPad Pro 11”, £999, two days later I took it back to apple, too big I don’t need that kind of high tech. So, I bought the mini iPad and I couldn’t be happier, great size, snappy, just right for me, I’ll be buying the iPad mini 7 later this year and giving the 6 to my husband, I think the iPad mini is underrated and should get more people like you blogging about it, even though it’s 3 years old this year! ❤😊

From a practical standpoint I don't have a good reason to upgrade to a mini 7, the mini 6 is fast enough and jelly scroll has never bothered me. But I've never let things like practicality stand in the way.

My Mini 7 checklist ❤ - 8.9~9 inch mini LED display - landscape camera - M1/M2 chip - pencil pro compatible - landscape stereo speakers - 512GB space!!! - 600nits and up

Updated processor, brighter screen, and faster refresh is enough for make the mini 7 worthwhile

I don't have a computer at all and found a perfect combination in iPad Mini 5 + iPhone SE3. Upgrade to Mini 7 + SE4 will be great and enough for a few years.

iPad Mini 7 with 256GB base model memory and a M series chip along with AI features and OLED screen will be fine

To be honest, i have a M2 ipad pro 12.9, but i mostly use the ipad mini6 most of the times. Its feels so comfortable with the ipad mini than any other ipad and helps me to be more productive than the bigger size ipads . I would love to purchase the new ipad mini 7 if released , looking for a improved battery life and more brightness for outdoor readability .

This is one of my most valuable device also because I don't think there's an android counterpart. The iPad Mini 6 is perfect though the screen and refresh rate could be improved.

Besides fixing the jelly scroll with a 120hz screen, i hope Apple allows it to use the new Apple pencil pro. As an artist, i love my iPad Pro, but the mini is my favorite travel digital sketchbook.

I also like the I PAD Mini along side my I PAD Pro 11". I do not like the touch ID on the i PAD Mini, it never seems to work.....

Support for pencil pro along is worth upgrading.

Anyone who follows Apple knew we weren't getting a new Mini at the iPad event so not sure why you talked about that at all (weird to bring it up like it was happening in the future, almost like this was lazy content). Of course we're getting a Mini 7 and iPad 11 at the September event (likely Sept 10), along with the iPhone 16s and Apple Watch series 10, SE 3 and Ultra 3.

I hope it will at least get the M1 processor so that I can get stage manager when I hook it up to a monitor at home. That way I can both enjoy it as a tablet when I'm out, and also get some light work done at home. 120hz display would be wonderful, but I'm not getting my hopes up.

The iPad Air is the perfect tablet for most consumers. Now that it has one terabyte of storage that is perfect for downloading movies and TV shoes. I have not had the time to get to the store to pick it up or deposit the cash. I’ve been saving and order online. Hopefully I can get that done this week.

Where’d you get the custom red iPod Video? I’d love to see the iPad mini get the A18 Pro and then they reveal that that chip in an iPad gets external monitor support w/Stage Manager. Apple Pencil Pro integration and bright colors to match the iMac lineup and I’d easily upgrade from the mini 6.

It’s a pity that the new iPad Air models didn’t get mini led. I hope the mini will.

When people ask how I cope with an SE phone and its small screen I pop out my ipad mini. If I need the larger screen I just hot spot to it if not in wifi. Best of both worlds. Don't need a giant phone in my pocket. Get a good size screen when I need it.

Atleast give a base storage of 124 gb on mini . Because with the update sizes of ipad os and now even applications being in the range of 250 to 800 mb along with updates its safe to say 64 gb is just too small .

I don't care about the technology so much as I just need a new one! My iPad Mini 4 has seen better days. I love this little powerhouse that I can carry in my small purse. Don't have an iPhone. Since I don't use a cell very often, didn't need to spend the big bucks for such a small screen. I have a MacBook Pro, but the mini is my fun carryable window to the world. Bring it on!

The iPad Mini 6 is my Go-To iPad even more than my 12.9" iPad Pro (2021 - 2TB). It's just easier to use. I'd love to see an iPad Mini Pro. Best of both worlds. The perfect consumer tablet. Delete the "Pro" name if you must and add some other modifier… Ultra?

Everyone loves the iPad Mini, but it's a little pricey compared to rest of the iPad line.

I have a theory on this. Apple were going to release the mini 7 at the same time as the others…but…they want to put the A18 pro chip into it so it can better utilise Apple Intelligence and IOS 18. I suspect they felt the A17 pro was good but just not good enough to power an iPad mini they want to compete as an iPad mini pro. If as suspected the A18 pro has a 10-15% uplift on the A17 pro then that will allow better performance, battery life, and AI capability with a better refresh screen. I expect better cameras and ram which will allow the A18pro chip to do stuff like allowing connection to an external screen and be, in essence, a mini pro.

Just need a fixed screen and maybe the M2 or M1, so it hast Stage manager

Here’s what’s gonna happen…I have a mini 4 and been doing my research. Don’t want a 64 gig mini 6 so will save my pennies for a 256 gig which in Space Grey. Those NEVER seem available in the Apple Refurbished site. I will then bite the bullet and buy a new 256gb Space Grey. It will arrive and and I will be overjoyed! …one day before Apple release the mini 7 with a base storage of 128 gig at £499.00. MUTHAF~
