Love the kit. Are there (m)any apps for integrating a tablet with the vehicle? I'm curious how people are making use of the device in the car. Are they using the tablet's UI, modifying it for more of a car-like UI, or are others installing these as a secondary device to a proper head unit?

you could use a bluetooth adapter or something to connect the Ipad audio to your stereo system. I think you can get lightning cables that split into two plugs: a 3.5mm audio cable and a usb cable to charge with, you could connect that to your stereo or an amp too

when using the I - streamer with a factory aux cord it goes ipad, lightning connector to istreamer then the red yellow plugs to the factory aux and you can get sound?

$249 for side slide kit? I mounted one in my audi, all I had to do is get ipad mini case $6 and frame $25 and bye bye OEM audio. I spent $31 and got the ipad in my car.

Shit cost too much. I'll do 100$ for that. If not I'll buy some fiberglass and make that. Just like he did before. If it sold for a 100$ it will sell like hot cakes. I'll 2-3 for all my cars.
