Testing like this is bullshit... just received my ipad pro last week with replaced glass/digitizer and there are dead zones after few days, some keys from keyboard are ghosting, some are doubling

I replaced my glass only and I’m NOT recommending because: 1) Potentially damaged your lcd 2) It’s nowhere near as good as original screen....viewing angles sucks, touch screen not as responsive sometimes.. 3) Potentially damaged Touch ID Now I want to save up for a new iPad

What you missed, was that he hits the power wake/sleep button. When the screen is dark after pressing, there is no power to the lcd/digitizer As long as Raise-to-Wake is disabled. But you’d have to be a pro like this dude, or an Electronics Tech to know. Also STFU. This isn’t the dawn of solid-state electronics. Shit isn’t as sensitive and subject to damage via electro-static as it once was. OF COURSE observing SOP for these repairs is Recommended, but so is this: stop being a pussy and keep your troll player-hating Dick-beaters Off the keyboard. Learn to appreciate this dudes skill in making $. Time IS Money...bitch
