iPad Pro or PS4? iPad Pro M2 Warzone Mobile FPS Gaming Performance Test. Graphics, FPS, GPU, etc.

So now that we’ve tested the Galaxy S24 Ultra and iPhone 15 Pro Max; now let’s see how the iPad Pro performs with Warzone Mobile! As usual, I am testing in 25c ambient temps, will show real-time fps during testing, and also test at max brightness. On another note, before we dive into testing, for reference, just like the iPhone, the iPad Pro is rendering Warzone Mobile at a significantly higher resolution when compared to 864p on Android devices. At low graphics the iPad Pro is playing at 1216p which is slightly lower than max graphics on the iPhone 15 Pro Max. However, at high graphics, the iPad Pro is playing at 1664p which is as of now, the highest resolution in Warzone Mobile! For reference, even the base PS4 is limited to only 1080p gaming.

I noticed some overheating with my iPad Pro (12.9 m2 16gb RAM model), so I went and bought a $20 laptop cooling pad from Walmart. Absolute game changer. I can play for at least an hour and a half on full battery, plug it in while playing and still not experience lag or brightness decrease. If you plan on playing on any sort of device consistently, to include any phone, I would highly recommend buying something to keep your device cool. Not only will it spare your device from degrading quickly, but it will make performance night and day.

i can't wait to try this on my M4 13 inch iPad Pro! they improved the thermal dissipation significantly, and it's also 2x more power efficient than M2!! This already looks better than the PS4 Pro version of the game, and makes sense since they're similar teraflop wise.

The settings on epic on my m1 iPad are worse than the lowest settings on pc whenI run the game on my rog ally. There have been some cuts to character models textures, but honestly the map is a bit too low poly. It is nice to see the game run but a lot of the map is empty and honestly it feels like it has less detail compared to pubg mobiles maps in some areas. The game is quite downgraded compared to when I played it on my Xbox one d and especially my rog ally. Still with a controller it is fun.

S9 ultra has s23 ultra chipset and large screen to display the graphics. So the fps will be around 55-56 or below…

@raed.gilani you can always activate the resolution mode and play at 1440p on android, it just 10% more gpu usage

@@deepsky8858 there’s something called graphics resolution capping. Like an iPhone 11pm can’t run CodM at ‘ultra’ graphics. It’s processor’s gpu just can’t handle it. Similarly androids, whether powerful and optimised or not, can’t run that high graphics. Why? iPad Pro does not have a mobile processor, it has a desktop-class processor.
