Mine never got dropped, probably got dropped before buying in the factory but it always shows black screen and when I put a flashlight on it i can see the screen though.

A year late but this means the back light isn't working. Same with TVs

@@xMistiKmaNx mine has issues it goes from a working screen to a full black screen or from working to a screen with lines I have iPad airs (minis) and the inner works the other is activation locked would you know the issue if I put it on voice over when the screen shows black (vary dim black screen shown) I can enter the code etc but cannot see anything I don't belive it to be an backlight issue maybe the inner LCD thing I'm unsure

Yo bro I got a problem So I was playing an then My ipad just switche off and the ipad on it back I had lines on my screen and it was frozen and it shut off and had glitches with green and all sourts of coulors on it and it won’t turn on anymore So bro can u help me out

find the issue same for me its useable then it does this I can still ue it but the whole screen is black with very dim black screen

mine has issues it goes from a working screen to a full black screen or from working to a screen with lines I have iPad airs (minis) and one works the other is activation locked would you know the issue. if I put it on voice-over when the screen shows black (vary dim black screen shown) I can enter the pass code etc but cannot see anything I don't believe it to be a backlight issue maybe the inner LCD thing I'm unsure, basically the same as the videos I have 2 iPad air minis so I don't need parts I just want to figure out the problem paid $50 for the set also have an iPad air full size but its apple activated lock and apple never responded.
