IPEV's RAID to Concordia (2017)

7 жыл бұрынEvery year the Franco-Italian Antarctic station of Concordia, laying 1100 km inland from the coast is resupplied by 3 traverses made up of several tractor trains with various caravans, containers and fuel tanks. The traverse starts on the continent near Dumont d'Urville Station. A return trip takes about 20 days.

The ISS took a photo of this from space and thought it might have been a meteorite impact...Then they noticed the line was moving, lol You can catch it on an episode of 'What on Earth ...fabulous series ❤
