Perhaps you just didn't watch the entire video? 25:19 I put the plate in and reminded people to do so. Also those adhesive kits do absolutely nothing for waterproofing and they are pointless.

I do no editing whatsoever that way you can see the mistakes if any are made. A lot of videos you see will be edited to make everything look perfect and seamless but they cut out vital information. As far as getting the screws to stay at the tip I just magnetize my bits or my screwdrivers. On my electric screwdriver I have a small magnet that stays attached to it. I hope that helps

I have been working on phones for over a decade and I've had people get water in their phone with or without the seal. Does it help, sort of because at the factory that adhesive is applied wet and hot and it molds to the frame and the screen whereas peeling it off of a piece of plastic even if heated it's just not the same. You will never get a waterproof phone not from the factory. I hope that helps

It is not a 13. The cable on the battery was bent not allowing me to connect it properly that's why I suspected it was a different phone. If you watch the little further you would see that I didn't get the battery connected properly because it is an iPhone 12 Pro Max. IPhone 13 connects at the bottom of the L

That's why I do what I do because it is a tedious and complicated job. I absolutely love it though
