I like the colors and details in the V60 better, but when it comes to zooming iphone has the edge. That audio from the V60.... its amazing. Overall i like the V60 better in the daytime shots. LG really improved their front cam quality.

V60 definitely wins daytime besides zoom. Since the iPhone captures so much light, pictures look washed out but makes night time pictures better. I'll stick to my v60. Great comparisons

LG pics and video have more contrast, color., Some of the pics and video look faded on the Iphone, Iphone has a sharper zoom, LG has better manual controls, audio and costs hundreds less. LG WINS.

The V60 missing the telephoto lens really makes a difference in some of the zoomed in shots. The missing telephoto lens is one of my biggest gripes of the V60, otherwise I love it (the other big gripe is missing the rear fingerprint sensor verus the in-screen. Here's to hoping in the "V70"). Going back to Eric's video, if you take away anything past 5x zoom I thought the details of the V60 was better and more natural looking (eg, the shot of the truck logo at 2:34). Besides, if the iPhone 12 Pro is a "pro", compare it to the Sony Xperia 1 ii. I'm sure the Xperia would blow it out of the water with all of its capabilities. Point and shoot is not "pro", that is "average".

I think the V60 took better videos and photos. From the rear camera. Plus it shoots 64 MP stills. It does 8K videos, which the iPhone 12 Pro Max doesn't do.

Wow the front facing LG is way way better than what it used to be. The zoom for LG can be improved upon. Cant wait to buy my V60. My birthday present.

LG suffers from the lack of telephoto on this lighting conditions, but besides from that iPhone kind of a huge let down this year, also that lense flare on the iPhone not quite my cup of tea (although some may like it for artistic purposes) and audio not that good as well. I was thinking of getting an iPhone because of the LiDAR and those 3d pictures but after all these comparisons...

Yo I'm loving the V60 but I have one problem. On some KZfaq videos, when watching horizontally, the top is cut off. Perhaps it has something to do with the aspect ratio? You know anything about this or what to do about it? Thanks again bro and great video!

Just curious. What if you also compare them against alongside a canon or other major camera. That will give a more fairer comparison as to what manufacturer's phone produces near to quality or real images.

it seems the iPhone one does over-exposure in bright scenes, but so good in details and video stabilization. LG V60 should have beaten this iPhone completely if LG uses better image sensor . Many thanks for your good comparison. For general purpose , i'm going to buy LG V60

Wow, this was closer than I expected. Pictures were a toss up imo. Some looked better on v60 others on iPhone. iPhone has better zoom obviously and stabilization was good on both maybe just slightly better on iPhone. Video was comparable on both but v60 had the better audio for sure.

The video on the lg v60 thinq is bit down bcoz.. Of not having a telephoto lens in it. But where as the i phone shines with the telephoto camera.

It goes back and forth between both phones. The iPhone is better with micro shots. and zoom. The LG does better in sunlight and has no lens flair like the iPhone. In terms of pictures it goes back and forth. The colors of the lg are more realistic. The front camera of the iPhone is very sharp, but again suffers from lens flare. LG has a good camera that is similar to the IPhone in some areas, but still leaves a stitch here and there to be a winner. Overall I think the IPhone is just a bit more complete.

The difference in audio is night and day

Noticeable difference with the audio quality

Iphone was better on zoom and slightly better color accuracy but the V60 hung in there pretty good. It has great audio. I have a v60 and overall it's is a hard to beat beast.

I think the LG won hands down. Not as well on telephoto, but honestly, most pictures are never shot in zoom. Competing against a phone that is a 1000 bucks more and winning. No contest.

To my eyes I have to give the edge to LG here. Sure the iPhone wins in the zoom. It was mostly a toss-up everywhere else. But the amount of lens flare with the iPhone is what you would see from a budget phone: totally unacceptable. Relative to sound recording, LG wins, hands down!
