Alot of people wanted to see the Huawei Mate 40 Pro vs the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra so I thought I would do this all in one video. This is one of the longest and most comprehensive Camera Test Comparisons I have done so let me know what you think! On samsung, HDR is set to auto by default. I remember that on my olds S7 and S8+ you can select '' always on'' which is more stronger to avoid high lights clipping. You should test it

For me, being in North America, the Huawei phones are irrelevant at this point. I don't mind seeing them occasionally but much prefer your focus on the top Android and iPhones here in the States.

I just did that, with the discounts it was finally worth it. Its dead smooth and the battery, even though not the best of the best, compared to note 8, its night and day and I have the exynos (she the sd doesn't support all the 5g networks here)

umm i think that the iphone 12 pro max is gonna kill the note 20 ultra with 200$ lower price, better camera stabilization and bigger sensor then the iphone 12 pro's

@@insanere Don't get too hyped about marketing terms. Sensor Shift stabilization won't make that big a difference. However, I do think that the iPhone has a fantastic camera system, but I prefer the Note 20 Ultra's cuz it's more flexible and crushes the iPhone when it comes to zoom, night photography and Pro mode. By the way, I've used and still using both.

@@Addakhel as a long term IPhone user I think the Samsung note 20 ultra has a fantastic camera & overall it was so close but I think the note 20 edged it, the 5x optical zoom on it is gorgeous (as is it’s beautiful 6.9” amoled screen)I did have a note 9 for a short time but the camera wasn’t great and Samsung couldn’t tell me when there was going to be a camera update so went back to iPhone. Samsung does innovate much more than Apple who is so slow to adopt new technology.

@@mikecoshan3752 Note 9 was a fantastic phone, but the camera system was a bit underwhelming. Samsung wasn't using computational photography yet, it started with the S10 line and got a big jump with the S20 and even a bigger one with the Note 20 Ultra.

For me over all the Note 20 ultra takes the best pictures, something that I do (on samsung phones) is that I tap to focus and the dial down the exposure just a little bit to get a better image.

Mate 40 Pro won hands down no doubt, nothing else can come close, what a beast and this isn't even the Pro Plus. Getting the Huawei Mate 40 Pro Plus for sure. Nobody needs Google Services, using the P40 Pro in Canada have everything I need on the phone.

First i was the same. But in daily using there are so many deficit of the Note 20 ultra. Horribly!!! It is not possible to take a normal photo of manuscripts/handwritings! Everything except for a small point in the middle is totally blurred. At my s10 everything was sharp! For this price I definitly expect more! My Note 20 Ultra is return back to Samsung after 2 weeks.

Day Time photos on wide/ ultrawide and main camera - Samsung Portrait mode in all conditions - Apple Video in all conditions - Apple Night Time photos - Tie between apple and samsung Zoom - Huawei Sharpness- Samsung Selfies- Huawei Also, everything front camera related - Huawei Audio - Apple Closest to real life - Apple. Overall winner - Depends on what is your priority. For me , clarity and zoom is important so I ll go for the huawei, but just based off categories won, Apple wins.

The 108mp hm2, which will debut on s21 ultra, is the successor for the hm1. This sensor will improve dynamic range contrast autofocus detail.. so when its released, its timw to compare

Instagram works, Facebook works, Messenger works, Snapchat works, Google Chrome works, Google Map works, KZfaq Vanced for life, Spotify pirated for life, anything else I am forgetting? I am happy I went with note 20 ultra. Very well done Samsung on night mode which was their weakest aspect. If they can improve more on night time videography and portrait mode surely it will be a winner. I liked so much bokeh produced by note which I didn't see in the Huawei video (The shot of the flower). By the way great video, you are a great photographer.

Mate series is focused for performance, but camera's look very good, i think the P50 pro will be better than iPhone 12 pro or Samsung note 20 ultra.

Honestly, we can only notice the differences because they are put side by side. In normal cases, all of these phones will look great, and that's just a testament to the advanced softwares put in these devices. You can't go wrong with either device tbh

Yes the photos taken with the Note 20 Ultra look wonderful but don't forget, Danny was using the Snapdragon 865+ variant, which also has superior image processing. Unfortunate for those with inferior Exynos 990 though.

Samsung has great camera performances in Android area but they need to work on video recoding a lot. Compare to other competitors it just way too bad. Video quality, HDR, night video, still jitters until today. Fix that on Android 11 #Samsung !

Hi I think the best test is with your own eyes. a year ago I bought the IP11 pro max because it was shown as the best in the tests. after 5 days I dismissed it and bought a Galaxy Note 10+. For me, the quality of photos is incomparably better, not to mention the functions that suit me better.

But does 10X optical zoom and a different telephoto really warrant a entirely new video? It’s the same main sensor. Almost sure it will be the same results

@@dannywinget All other cameras are different. The ultrawide is on par with the Samsung/Apple going from 18 to 14mm field of view, which is a big change, the 3x telephoto sensor is improved new generation and the 10x is the same as the one in P40 Pro+. On the other hand the regular Mate 40 Pro is the exact same setup as the P40 Pro. :) Only the ultrawide is now non-binning RGB array.

All 3 were amazing In my opinion Note20 Ultra is the best overall. It does great in almost every scenario. Note's video is great too but I don't know iPhone has amazing video recording.

@@narayanababu7143 The note 20 ultra is the MOST EXPENSIVE phone on the market right now! In my country(hungary) this phone is 1350 euro(if you want to buy from an authorized reseller.) The iphone 12 pro is 1225. Even the 12 pro max is cheaper than the note. These are all AR prices.

If you want a context in Euros, Note 20 U - 256GB 5G 1199 Euros iPhone 12 Pro 128 GB - 1355 Euros iPhone 12 Pro Max 128 GB - 1480 Euros. This is the situation in India.

But you can make this argument for any camera. You can edit it how you want. I do a pure Auto image test. That’s just the way I do things. You can always watch someone else do it. In the end all of this stuff is opinion based. I present you with the images and I give you my breakdown and you make the decision. You like the Huawei BUY it. If you like the iPhone or Note then BUY it. They are ALL Good.

@Zubair Z Vlogs I get 6-7 hours of screen on time and speaker quality is very and overall if you want consume media it's the best and camera has improved after one ui 3.0 and it feels very smooth and fast. BTW I have exynos version with 12 gb ram . Go for it you will regret
