Yes most RIDICULAS operations system on that product , one has to attend special course to use iphone , I felt like smashing that product on floor. Samsung and Android is the best... It loves it's costomers .

thanks for the video, but I cannot install only one application (Instagram) on my new iphone. I transferred all my data from my previous iphone. All others apps installed but only Instagram in unable. When I click to the install button on App Store, it doesnt do anything. It just kind of glitches but other apps work properly. I would appreciate your help

They don't charge for most of the popular apps are free same as Samsung / Playstore. Some apps require purchase for premium options but that's same for both Apple / App Store and Samsung / Playstore.

Try signing out of your account on App store, restart it and sign back in. If it's your first time using your Apple account to download, it may require you to select a payment method in that case you can select "None" and you should be all set.
