My iPhone 13 prom Max it’s not letting me out of the apps I have to keep on messing with it it’s taking me like 10 seconds to get out of the app

I had “reduce motion” on to make my phone feel abit faster and I’ve been experiencing app stuttering. I turned reduced motion off and it reduced the stutter a bit but it isn’t completely gone.

Carmen Pinero Bro, Turn off the Assistive touch, it should remove the virtual home Button from iPhone.😊
