All mobile phones have the function, Factory Reset, to restore the device to factory settings, which will delete all media and data on the phone. Then, you can use the device as a new one. I transferred my sim card from my old phone to my new phone and it isnt getting any service. Ive tried all of the diffferent methods but it still says no service. It works fine on my old phone. What should I do?

Sometimes, your carrier needs to add the new iPhone IMEI to your account so give them a call.

Yes they can activate the phone without using a sim card just call them
