For people who get a new iPhone every time, yeah it’s going to be somewhat same. But for people like me who only change every 3-4 years, the small changes stack up to something big.

When people start touting colour as a great phone feature. You just know they are an Apple fan.

Fun fact: iPhone 13 is made so that if you break your screen or back etc, third part companies parts don’t work. You have to send it to Apple and pay about $400 for the screen.

I'm low-key beginning to wonder if Apple is just holding those features as an ace up their sleeve. If sales of the new iPhone start to drop, they can unveil a new and revolutionary iPhone, with USB-C and always-on display.

Here is something you should look into when comparing speed of various phones. I often switch back and forth between Flagship Iphone and Samsung. From a purely user point of view the Samsung is always faster. After much personal testing I think its because the Iphone is noticeably slower at processing packets from the internet. It is hard to tell any speed difference between devices if the app is completely internal but apps (like banking, covid checking etc) that need to get small amounts of say flash data from the internet are much faster on Samsung (android). Curious, try it your self.

A little late to the party, I was choosing my upgrade device today following using a pixel 4 for 2 years. I was really close to going for the iPhone 13 mini but aside from the lack of a headphone jack (I like my wired headphones) the major point that turned me away was the lack of a TouchID unlock option. I get that the last 2 years of mask wearing and pin unlocking is, hopefully, a blip in existence, but Apple really missed a trick with that one. Under screen would have been fine, a Pixel style rear mounted reader would have been amazing (the apply logo as the unlock button would be freaking cool).

Apple cares so much about being eco friendly, they recycle the design each year😂

I upgraded from XS. I returned my 13 pro and got a 13. The pro was uncomfortable to hold and I had to shift it in my hand constantly. The 13 was more comfortable to hold. I was willing to trade all the improved features because ultimately comfort is more important to me. I'm hoping that one day as batteries get better Apple will make lighter more comfortable phones, trading off a bit of battery charge.

First time watching this video review, and the first thing i notice is he loves to make a circle with his right hand, thumb and pointer finger in almost every other shot. Take a shot everytime he does it.

I think the Mini one is very competitive too because its the only flagship small phone in the market right now. Apple is the only one that is exploring this market. I am one of the people that prefer small phones by the way, so between the Mini and the Pro Max i’d rather the Mini.

Since iPhone X, Android phones have evolved from "NO Notch" to "No Notch". From "Big Forehead and Chin" on even Flagships to "Almost Bezel-less display" on even mid-range phones.

I like how the line connecting each big dots on the right goes slowly down, showing how much time is left for each presented feature.

This video is so helpful because I just bought an iPhone 13 pro max for 400$ and that ties in to what you said that these phones are really good, and also cheap for what they offer!

I had an iPhone 13 Pro Max for two weeks. I've just returned it, and will wait for the S22 Ultra that is rumored to have an S Pen. When I couldn't rename a photo simply, and could not save a file from my job's webpage to the device, I knew I couldn't use it for work. The phone performed well as a toy, but just couldn't do the basic things i needed my phone to do for work.

The reason for the thicker look is due to the flat edges. It's not thicker than previous models. Ironically the time Apple switched to rounded edges was the same time they introduced Time-Lapse in the camera. The round edges made it rather hard to use this feature, resulting in the need for a tripod. I'm glad they switched back to flat edges.

I recently switched over from my IPhone xs to an s21 and I actually don't see myself going over to iPhone again, 120 hz has made all the difference and without the price of the ultra, I'm more than happy

Funny how when iphones didn't have 120hz screens every reviewer reminded people how fast iphones were, and so 120hz wasn't really required. Now that 120hz is out, suddenly it looks great on iphones.
