it can be but some screen protectors don't have edge to edge protection so the case wouldn't help

13 is still a recent phone- I would wait a few more years before upgrading because the base model 13 is identical to the base model 14 (besides some minor specs)

@@midnighthihi I meant the pro, not the base model! I always wanted a pro model but I figured that due to the increase in price for the 15 pro, I actually bought a 14 pro and I got a sale opportunity. I'm very happy with the phone.

@@midnighthihi ah yes okay I understand!! Yeah it is I gotta admit that and it worked perfectly fine but I wanted an upgrade so that I can wait until 16 series or later you know. I sold it! I got a really good price for it and then I sold my old iPhone 8 to the store I bought my 14 pro from, so basically I paid half the price for the 14 pro. :)
