To be fair, this video skips out the hardware ray tracing in the 15 pro. There will be native ports of the console versions of resident evil and assassins creed (the one coming out soon). I don’t really know what that means but it was the most exciting thing to me

The new iPhone has an "All-new" design! I look at it and it looks exactly the same as the previous one! Come on Apple, you can't keep trying to use that old trick! 😅😂 I love how they spun the intro of USB-C to the phone. They made it sound like it was their choice rather than something they were forced to do. Not like they had much of a choice but to spin it that way. Nicely done Apple. 👍🏾

@@SeanKearney I agree. I very much support the cause, even giving monthly contributions to an environmental organization, but this did not feel right. Some of Apple products are also clearly made for customers to buy add-ons they dont need. The Airtag is the best example, Chipolo has managed to make the same product without the need for selling cases.

It required users to enable touch assist which is a nightmare to navigate if all you want is a single hand gesture. This corrects that by baking it into the hardware and doesn’t require enabling assistive touch

It's kinda infuriating that they've spent so much time talking about digital zoom and they're calling them separate lenses?? And why do the non pro phones only get usb 2.0?? It's 2023 not 2003. I'm still using a Samsung s10 and half the features they pointed out for these brand new phones are also available in my 4 and a half year old phone.. How is always on display a feature worth mentioning in 2023 for example? I was considering switching to iphone, but I'm not so sure anymore

I miss the days when iPhone announcements excited me. My iPhone 12 mini still works like a charm and I don’t see any reason to upgrade, especially when they stopped making minis. I’ll probably upgrade from 12 mini to a 13 mini next year when it’s like $400.

Thank you for your coverage of Apple's recent launch event. I currently own the iPhone 14 Pro, and the new iPhone 15 Pro/Max doesn't quite elicit that "wow" factor for me. Consequently, I've decided to stick with my current iPhone and won't be upgrading at this time. As for my Apple Watch Ultra 1, the updated version doesn't particularly impress me. While the double-tap feature may seem useful, it doesn't compel me to make the switch from version 1 to version 2 for just this minor enhancement. I had hoped to see the release of a new iPad mini, but unfortunately, that didn't materialize during the event. It's worth noting that Apple's stock has seen a decline of around 2%, suggesting that the market's reception of the product launch has been less than enthusiastic.

Another inoffensive and incremental update, not that there's anything wrong with that. The biggest surprise for me is that they didn't raise the price on anything which is pretty awesome 🙂

Only storage doesn’t really cost much. So they did away with the 128gb version on the max just for the purpose of trying to say they didn’t raise the price.

They raised so much in India. Did you know the 15 Pro 128GB is 1634$? And the 15 Pro Max 256GB is 1936$? That’s a 63.5% increase in the Pro vs US price and a 61.4% in the Pro Max vs US price. Sure, iPhone has always been expensive but compared to previous year(already insane price), Apple increased the Pro’s price by 60.5$ and the Pro Max’s price by a whopping 121$ compared to previous 256GB 14 Pro Max.

May be it keep holding the resale value of the series from iphone 11. Whoever holding iphone 11 or 12 pro, from a certain distance nobody can determine it is old or latest version

Apple should simplify the lineup to iPhone 15 Mini, iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Max, all with the same pro features just accommodating people's need for different sizes. The non pro models are completely useless because it's cheaper to get the pro version from the previous vear and have more features.

I thought the Ultra Watch lasted longer than 36 hours? Is that with cellular running? I have the Watch 6 & looking to upgrade. I also have the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic and the battery life started off rocky, but I now get 2.5 days out of it.

Everytime you double the storage, it goes up 100$, always been that way. Flash storage is cheap nowadays though so I feel like they could have kept the same price with 256gb, but its whatever, I'm not the type to whine about these type of things@@roadracerdave7645

I'll buy when they remove the notch which clearly they are trying to market as a benefit (dynamic island) even though it's the opposite. The whole dynamic island thing is something they can offer even on a notchless phone because of the display technology. Another thing is Touch ID so remove notch, bring under display Touch ID...then we can talk upgrade. I love my SE so much more than any of these newer iPhones. I can take my phone into my hand, it'll be unlocked before I even look at the screen.

I'm still rocking the 11, so I think I'm going to finally upgrade to this baby for the better camera! Still deciding whether to get the pro or pro max. I may go and hold them in store to see the difference in size. I hate having a huge phone but that telephoto thing is pretty nifty.
