I got the 15 plus 128gb blue model. I’m coming from the 14 pro max 256gb. What a refreshingly lightweight phone. It’s almost 95% of the iPhone 14 pro max. I can feel the difference for the 120hz refresh screen but after a few days of use, I got used to it. It’s not a big deal.

I had 13PM and got a 15 Plus . The difference was noticeable going down to 60hz then when I went up to 120hz. But I got used to it after a day. iOS is super smooth so 60hz isn’t really a deal

I had an iphone pro for a day... the thing burned through the battery in about 6 hours of normal use. It was stessful watching the battery drain so fast. I considered buying a backup battery immediately and then realize I just needed a different iphone. I'm not in it for the pics but I thought the titanium case was a nice thing and it was only a little more expensive than the plus... but after a day and a half I decided to return it and get an iphone 15 plus.

I was in the same boat but I started with the iPhone 15 256gb blue. I had it for a week and went for the pro but realized I needed bigger so i returned it for the max and now I’m good to go. They all burned battery pretty quick, you need to give it a few days and the battery will stabilize.

I just switched from galaxy to iPhone mainly because galaxy stopped accepting memory cards and the apple switched to a usb c. No regrets. I still wish I could add more memory.

We have a price difference of $410 between these two models (Plus Pro Max) in France. I won't be getting 256GB, and I won't have 120Hz. However, 120Hz is not worth $410 for me. I don't use the camera

why the tech youtubers behave like a phone becomes useless if it does not get any further software update.don't know about iOS but android phones get a lot of updates for individual apps even if the software version of the phone is outdated.i have a galaxy j7 running on android 7.1.1 but all the major 3rd party apps like youtube,Facebook,whatsapp etc. are running on the latest versions. & the apps which are not receiving any further updates aren't a deal breaker or as if like those new updates could have changed my life whatsoever

Unless u specifically need 3x zoom n macro mode for the camera, 120hz display, or frequently transferring large data from your phone to pc using cable (things only the pro has), iphone 15 or 15 plus is sufficient. If u have small hands n like small display/ease of use for one hand, go for iphone 15. If u have big hands n want longer battery juice, go for 15 plus. 15 plus has the best battery out of all iphones so far. Edited: I personally prefer 15 to 15 pro this year. Not to mention it seems there is overheating issue with the pro models for some (not all).

Thank you for your review. The thing about it that seems like a killer or a possible turn off is its refresh rate of just 60 Mhz. I heard that many lower-end android phones have better refresh rates. And what if the 16 (non-pro) line would have it?

The only thing stopping me from buying the 15 plus. Is that it doesn’t have always on display which isn’t a pro feature. I don’t want to pick up my phone every other minute just to check if I have missed notifications. At this point and time. It’s ridiculous that they didn’t implement this feature to all of their models. I wish it had the notification light at least.

I have a little tip you can consider though - try activating double tap to wake. I don’t use AOD and double tap whenever I wanna see quick info. Might be worth trying!

If you didn’t use 120 hertz before, you won’t notice any difference. Otherwise it will take you few days to get used to. But I must say most of my friends don’t feel any difference even when compared one next to another. 60 Hertz on iPhone it’s not 60 hertz on android, it’s much more smoother.

Other than the first line about 5 years of os update, everything else is false. Have more issues with my iphone 14 pro than I ever had with my xiaomi or Samsung phones for that matter. Iphones are great if you're a light and casual user. But it's just as good as it is since you're not allowed to push it through despite it having the capacity to do so. Shame

Yes the standard iPhones 15 have USB-C unlike previous iPhones, but it remains to be USB 2.0 like all previous iPhones, and "iPhone users do not change smartphones, they change iPhones", so they all already have lighting cables and other lightning accessories, and in this case, in my opinion, an iPhone 14 Pro Max is still a better choice than a 15 Plus. The only problem is that Apple 🍏 without valid reasons will benefit the 15 standards from many new features of the iPhones 15 Pro to the detriment of the iPhones 14 Pro which are better equipped than the 15 standards 🤷🏽‍♂️ Frankly, go understand something, but especially understand how iPhone users accept this every year 😮‍💨 Personally, if I were an iPhone user and particularly a 14 Pro buyer, I would feel eaten up. Ps: the price comparison of the 15 Plus and the 15 Pro Max, it would be interesting to do it between a 15 Plus 256G and a 15 Pro Max 256G. 🙏🏽

Iphone doesn't have sim card slot in sone countries meaning it only take in e-sim which mean you will be screwed when you are travelling and you cant simply buy a regular tourist sim card to use. It also doesnt support sd memory card and if you want more memory than what your phone can provide you will wither have to buy the most expensive model with the highest menory or subscribe to icloud. Iphone also doesnt have fast charging from 0 to 100% in less than an hour like android phones.

I was facing the same problem, but ultimately decided on the 15 plus. I'm coming from a Z flip 3, Samsung phones are very nice, but the app support on Apple's side is a lot better. Developers get lazy and short the Androids users on app quality and support, plus resale value is much higher on IOS devices when it comes time to upgrade.
