I'm an Android guy, but I also carry an iPhone, and my 8 Plus was missing a lot of features. The 15 Pro Max has probably been the best upgrade I have ever had, and I'm really enjoying the new features

Yeah usbc is way more friendly feeling and easier to align without sharp lines of lightning. Lightning is brutal to plug in sometimes like you’re snapping metal into metal… usbc feels as though it links up rather than punctures 😅

I just got the IPhone 15 Pro Max. Thus far I feel that this phone is a winner. I prefer the larger display over the pro version. The updates to this phone feel well balanced for me. The features are just right!

The excellent 12 Pro Max has been my favorite of the nine iPhones I’ve had. But got the 15 Pro Max for its 1 TB storage, camera system, adaptive refresh rate and always-on display. From my perspective this is a huge features upgrade. Definitely happy with my decision.

Big thing I love is the camera rings are not chrome/ stainless so any dust is not noticeable especially smudges. I would always clean the rings every couple days 😅.

I upgraded from a 6s which a battery life of about 30 minutes and a broken screen. It was kind of funny to get the looks from the apple employees when I bought my pro max. Hopefully the next time won't be much different. :D

I went from the iPhone 11 to the iPhone 15 pro and was a huge upgrade for me, especially as a videographer the cameras are a massive upgrade. I didn’t go for the Max just the Pro as I like the smaller size however

My iPhone 15 PM is in the mail. Upgrading from s22 ultra to it. First time switching back to iPhone since the 4. I own a 12 mini that I used for about 2 weeks total though so I'm not totally lost. Hopefully I don't regret the switch lol

I am Super excited to get my white 15 pro max 1TB i cant wait to get it on Monday i got it for Birthday this past September 24th when i turned 50 but i had to wait September and now im finally getting it at the end of October the 30th. long wait for it to come but worth it

With the action button, I tried flicking the button off and forgot I no longer have the mute switch, so I have to remember that either on the drop down menu or action button mutes the phone. The USB-C charger is another change. I had to get some lightning to USB-C adaptors to use my existing accessories. I still have to have a lightning cable handy due to my AirPods Gen 2 that still use Lightning.

I really would like to know if Apple sends special devices to media. There are hundreds of customers claiming over heating in their phones but all the media claims "I have never faced that problem".

I upgraded from 13PM as it only had 128gb, otherwise I would have waited another 2 yrs. I got the 15PM 1 TB version so I never have to have anxiety about running out of space when on holidays and can take nice RAW photos and vids - the quality of those is pretty stunning. The file sizes can be huge though, > 100mb for a single photo, nearly 6 GB for just 1 minute of video lol. Even so the 1TB space means I can shoot a video for more than 2 hours even at this quality : )

You need to use an appropriate Cable for it not to wiggle. The standard cable that comes with the phone does not wiggle

I’m still on the XS Max and I think I’ll keep on using it for another year. I know I’m missing a lot of features but I’m just so satisfied with this one. It’s gonna be a huge upgrade when I finally do!

Bro, iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro can take 12 bit colour depth photo when ProRaw turned on. But iPhone 14 Pro and 15 Pro can only take 10 bit colour depth photo when ProRaw turned on. Why ? I don't have an iPhone, so can anyone please let me know if you turn ProRaw in 12 megapixel instead of 48 megapixel, can it take 12 bit photos ? I'm curious about this because, 12-bit = 68 billion colours. But, 10-bit = 1.07 billion colours. That's a huge difference. If iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro cannot take 12 bit photos, that seems to be a huge downgrade !

I’m torn. I love my 15PM. Got the natural titanium. But I did drop my first one and the titanium is significantly softer than stainless, obviously. Left a nasty dent. Ended up getting a replacement for dust in the rear camera though. My point is I usually go caseless, but not this time.

You do know it's a titanium coating? It's sprayed on. You also know the iPhone drastically throttles after a few minutes. So your Geek bench test will not reveal the issue. I want to believe what you're selling - but this is basically the same phone that Apple has been selling since the iPhone 11. I'm sure Apple appreciates your positive review of the same phone they have been selling for years.

At the end you mentioned upgrading for things like 5G. I have the 12 when 5G was introduced and as far as I can tell, it's a marketing scam. When it came out, they advertised how fast it would be and I just haven't seen that.

I love the type C connection, but I will say that when I connect to my truck for Apple car play… it’s a game of cat and mouse! I have to connect, disconnect, not only from my phone but from the vehicles end as well. With the lighting cable it was instant. Is anyone else having this issue?

I currently have the iPhone XS (10S) and let me tell you that I agree with you! It will definitely be a huge upgrade because once iOS 18 hits in June, I will lose compatibility with it so my goal is to upgrade by the end of 2023 or early 2024 :)

Obviously usbC is better. But I find it incredibly annoying that they decided to make the usbC port, what it is. The design of the lightning port was brilliant, and i hate that the new industry standard port is a worse design. Why couldn’t usbC have been designed like the lightning port. I hope that it’s because there’s a physical limitation in that design, and not just that they decided not to make it that way
