Hi Nick! I would love to please see you do the 3D Mark Stress Tests instead of the normal 60 second 3D Mark benchmarks, because it shows much deeper into the long term run of the management of the processor and just how much it can handle for a longer period of time and would be super useful! my2c, and an unpopular opinion: I'm not against your tests, but a lot of the applications that you tested with are Network dependent, meaning they need to connect to some service to get their data: insta, x, weather, calendar, news etc. At this point you're either testing the network response of specific applications in that OS, or actual code implementation of those apps. Since we know that top tier apps work kinda the same in each os, we're down to comparing network responses, and that might vary a lot, due to network lag (even if the phones are near on another). Also, game implementation is kinda different on Android vs IOS. I think the best way of comparing these would be actual gameplay, or benchmarks, which kinda simulate sandbox versions of full raw power...

The iPhone gets annoyingly hot. I thought it was an update issue but they're already at iOS17 and still the same. I sold both my iPhone 14 Pro Max and iPhone 15 Pro Max for the One Plus Open. If it weren't for the incredible Apple Macbook Air 15", I'd eschew Apple completely!

the fact that this FOLDABLE weights less, have better cameras and battery, runs almost as fast, and still costs about the same, as the iphone ro max, puts iphone and samsung to shame. if apple comes up with a foldable flagship phones it would cost at least 2500 if not more.

Nothing they sent a phone for a review and I happen to enjoy the 16GB of DDR5 ram, and Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, Adreno 740 GPU and good thermals similar to Z Fold 5 and S23 Ultra, also love the iPhones beast A17 Pro Chip and 6 core GPU with upgraded ram

I doubt it bud , they will always be compromised in some ways due to their very design , and in normal use they add bulk and add an extra step if you have to open them up , and of course there is the question of durability and warranty and price , of course a small percentage of people with a use case for them will want them , but i suspect they will remain a niche product forever . however small flip phones on the other hand do have a flavour that is more acceptable to a greater population purely down to their tiny form factor .@@smartphonefan5226

Let me make one thing clear and I have my open for a few days now and it's not even close between iPhone and open! My iPhone kills the open in everything especially scrolling. This open lags like crazy and can't load a webpage for nothing. Don't believe the hype of the open

Consider a One Plus? Everybody who is thinking about to buy a Chinese phone should learn the laws in China. Every single chinese company must share user data with the CCP on the CCP's request. This has happened many times in the past and I am pretty sure that the CCP knows more about many users than even Google (which is already terrible)

I am not gonna spend this much amount for any chinese oneplus phone that dont have any resale value.. Instead i will choose a iphone. Oneplus Oppo Vivo these are cheap brands.. because they launch cheap devices .. so there brand value is zero
