This actually shows the iphone is better as if it senses anything that could potentially damage the phone it switches off. It's a fantastic feature and the reason iphones last longer than most phones. And I'm typing this on my samsung s10e

You should have touch each phone all at the same time what's the heat was done it's not an accurate test if you touch the iPhone then decide touch the Samsung after you touch is not accurate shouldn't have touched them both at the same time once the iPhone turns on you sat they're turned the whole iPhone and then touch a app and then decide to see if the Samsung will work

The iPhone did not break? It’s a safety feature when it gets to hot, shuts down and comes back on a couple of minutes later.
