I have the 13 pro. I see no real reason to upgrade. And they changed the side switch? What? I love the side switch I use it every day. And now the white phone is painted sides, which will mean scratches. I upgraded to 13 pro because of battery and 120hz. But iPhone 15? Nothing. And how can anyone be excited for games on phones? I’d rather play on my PlayStation with a proper controller and big screen. No way I’d play those on phone, not even for free.

I have the 13 Pro and was thinking of upgrading,I’ll have this 2 years December 21st and I’m now on 87% battery health,still lasting me just over a day and I’m thinking of maybe getting a new battery soon instead of getting the 15 Pro/Max. I rather lightning for charging as fast charging with usb c surely means battery will degrade faster?

@@Headcase-es9dhI’m in the same exact situation. Keep your 13 pro and change the battery ( trust me, I returned the 15 PM after only a few days as rheumatologist changes are negligible)

@@drsaifjrI did the same. I tried out the 15 pro, but my 13 pro with 85 percent battery health still pulls out 30 mins-1 hour more battery life than the 15 pro

I would disagree where you say that the 13 Pro would be a massive upgrade. There are definitely some things to be considered which make it nicer to have, but none are too significant for most people; even pro users.

Correction, if you have anything of 11 Pro Max or older then the 15s are good upgrades. I have a 13 Pro Max and the 15 Pro Max still didn’t feel like a significant upgrade, especially when my phone still works and looks like new.

Good review but some points of improvement would be to share the screen on time, also compare similar usage to the older phones. A lot of us want to see the battery life compared to previous iteration of the pro version.

in terms of battery. 13 pro max >> 14 pro max>13 pro max. Winner: 15 pro max. But the difference is rather slight and maybe some cases will show different results. 13 pro max best option for the money though. but Aghh, I simp for that a17 pro

It's amazing. I even never unpacked a charging cable, but it looks like many people heavily depend on it. I give a small little secret, all iPhones from 11 and up have wireless charging. What, you ask about photo transfer? Let me guess - WiFi 6 is a very fast.

Mine is iPhone 12 PM, never set auto brightness, either. I usually work outdoor under sunlight. iPhone becomes hot so fast then the screen starts dimming until dark.

My 13 Pro is still going strong. I'll upgrade to the 16 Pro if the gaming performance is solid enough to handle the new AAA games that have been released for the 15 Pro without crashing. Otherwise, I'll wait for the 17 Pro instead

The fact that Apple makes it so easy to navigate the iPhone, in my opinion the action button just makes no sense. Many people have stated that they use the button as a camera short cut. Makes no sense when Apple gives us a shortcut right on the lock screen & on the very first page top row of the Home Screen. Many things you can use for the action button are actually faster by just tapping the app within the OS. But then again it’s all personal preference. Keeping my 14 Pro. Great in-depth video.

These days 2 generations in between isn't enough for an upgrade, almost 3 generations. I would only upgrade from the 12 Pro Max and feel it was a worthy update.

Thanks a LOT Aaron 4 this VERY PROFESSIONAL video. That’s what I always say about the Action-Button: ONLY 1 FUNCTION, come on apple, You could’ve doing MUCH MORE, like with the ASSISTIVE-TOUCH with its 3 Functions (Single-Press, Double-Press and Long Press) plus 8. Greetings from Switzerland 🇨🇭

IMO changes over the 14 are too small. Look at the changes in the Jabra earbuds from one generation to the next as a benchmark for changes.

I had the 13 pro and upgraded to 15 pro max. Trust me the changes are not worth the upgrade so I’m returning the 15 PM. This is coming from someone who used to upgrade every single year. Apple are the victim of their own perfection.

the screen border on 15 pro is much more thinner than older ones, and it looks so sexy. The only point makes me to upgrade to the new iphone is that sexy screen, not the dynamic island, not the typeC charging port or the action button.

Am I the only one who doesnt get excited with the AAA games on the new iPhone? 1. it's going to be expensive from the app store 2. it's only 30fps (dunno about the graphics if low mid or high) 3. yeah, it's mobile and you can bring it anywhere but consider the level of details and fps you will get for an expensive game to be bought. dont think it's worth it, imo

Definitely not. I went from 14 Pro normal to 15 Pro to 15 Pro Max! I went back to 14 Pro. It just wasnt worth it and the 14 Pro feels more solid.
