I wait 5-7 years to upgrade. Although I just bought 3 new phones. Two of them the same android, one as a back up. I also have a 15 pro. I won't buy again for minimum 5 years. I wait for models that will last very long before purchasing and get case protection and take care of them like new whole life then re sell to another person later on. I still have my previous phone it works fine for light use but gets bogged down with many apps. I will still use it as an alarm clock or for other task it is capable of handling. I do not waste.

It's them making operating systems have more features and options, a big one is security patches and what else not... This in return makes your phone slow down over time. Not to mention batteries are just impossible to keep good for long periods of time. I have an S23 Ultra and battery is nowhere near as good as the first week I got the phone. But the pro max will cost 150,000-158,000tk. So there is a major price gap, and I'm not ready to invest that much amount right now, as a student. I really want the iPhone but there is so much functionality gap where s24 ultra is better deal considering price but I don't trust androids that they will not mess after 2/3 updates. I also don't intend to buy another Phn within 3 years.
