A quick 4k video test shot on the brand new iPhone 6s Plus in Dublin, Ireland. To watch it in 4K for a better experience.
I don't think iPhone 6s Plus can replace my Blackmagic camera of course. This is just a test to see how far I can push this PHONE. Keep in mind guys: this is a PHONE, not a camera. And as a PHONE, the footage has impressed me.

I can't believe this is phone footage! But it's in the hands of an expert, shot really well, and with colour grading, I wouldn't be surprised if apple asked you to shoot footage for them for a commercial or something.

Very nice. Seems like the optical image stabilization make a huge difference. It amazes me how good video even the 5S puts out. For the sensor size it seems magic and if only the other camera manufactures could combine what apple does into their DSLR's!

This is really awesome! I can't believe you shot this with a phone. You perfectly could export this images to a DCP and show them in a cinema. Really this was done with the new iphone? So I think I should get it. I've heard some things about the battery life, but yes I want to have this video quality in my pocket. Thanks for this test!

I got it at night and tried it out but the video/camera quality at night is quite grainy. But when I tried it out just now during the day, woah it's great.

As always, I love it! You have a great eye to get the right shots no matter what "camera" is in your hand (in this case a phone!) Did you use the stabilization inside the iPhone 6s, or did you add it in post?

I'm really beginning to wonder if lower framerate means lower noise? because MY GOD that footage is tac-sharp! How the hell did you even manage that...my God, this motivates me to start making videos on my iPhone! EPICO. Did you use FilmiC Pro by any chance?
