hello bro. currently i dont have neither 13 pro or 13 pro max. but i can give you some settings. just go to your settings then camera. record video must be 4k 24,30 or 60fps then you should turn of the HDR video then when you record a video make sure you lock the focus by long press the screen and wait for the ae/af lock shown on you screen.
