There are tons of other products available as well. Anything that suitable the budget and need could be bought.

I used the hairdryer, it made it easier. Just heat a little at a time between scraping out glass.

Ok I followed the steps and it’s all cleaned and ready and now I’m waiting for the part to come In the mail but I’m concerned because it’s not focusing well on small objects such as letters and stuff it’s a lil blurry now once I install the glass will this no longer happen???

On the note. To keep the phone waterproof, order a genuine rubber gasket based lens/seal. The one above in the video, when in contact with water will deteriorate (could fog up inside too). Thanks for the great video

It doesn't take too much effort to open up the phone, remove the camera module, then work safely and comfortably with the outer camera lens without messing up the sensitive camera lenses. A typical amateur job, aka KZfaq Mechanic job... smh...
