My iPhone 7 Plus rear camera is not working properly. Sometimes it remains black for a long time but sometimes it suddenly works again. Flash is working perfectly fine. What seems to be the problem? Should I change the whole camera?

That is hardware issues that can`t be fix by software or from an other issues.

Got mine checked. The camera was disaligned due to the drop. Now flashlight and cam x1 is working after reattaching

There might be the problem on flex .You have to check with other flex once.

If you have hardware knowledge then you have to check flash light circuit.
