If you have 6s and under go for 8 since later on your phone will not get slower when iOS get updates. If you got a iphone 7 i dont think there is a real reason to get a iphone 8

I had the iPhone 6 and switched to iPhone 8 Plus very different for me honestly haha never had a Plus before and definitely agree if you have iPhone 6 and lower get iPhone 8 you can feel and see the difference... in certain things

The 8 is a actually a really good phone. Owned mine for 14 months with no issues. Battery health - 90%. Even switched to the 5 a couple weeks back but its way too slow running ios 12.4. Honestly its a brilliant phone. Mine is the 8 plus, 64gb. Hope this helps

I'm coming from Android. Haven't had an iPhone since my 4S. As beautiful as the 8 is I feel the 7 is just as great. Plus, for $50 less i can get the 7 with double the storage 🤔 the 8 is so beautiful though 😭😭😭

I came from the 6 to the 8 and I am SO glad I didn't get the 7. I was considering it because of price, but the 7 is already a year old and it will be outdated sooner than the 7. But from the 7 to the 8 is pointless.

Guys, help me out. I'm either buying the 8 or 7 tomorrow. I have been an android user my whole life but i want to switch. I don't care about the design or wireless charging. The things I care about and need are a clear nice camera, and fast processing. loud speaker would be a plus though. Is it worth the extra $150 (im broke so i need good advice)

i love the iphone 8. there is wireless charging, fast charging (thank god), louder speakers, finally a better display with true tone, a better camera, faster processor, better performance and speed overall... the iphone 8 is like a perfected iphone 7 for 2018.

The apple logo at the back of the iphone 8 is actually slightly lower than then 7. If you have a hole on a iphone 7 case to show the apple logo and put it on the iphone 8, its kinda weird looking.

Which is where the size is actually visible. I think they do it to earn more money. Like making it slightly bigger to give the consumer more reason to buy a new phone case.

I'll be buying iPhone 8 on 2020 March😂 I'm so late but i think it's worth it. edit : i got it in april, doesn't have much different with iPhone 7 honestly, i tried comparing it with my brothers iPhone 7, but it's worth it another edit : phones are expensive here, iPhone 8 costs 530$ and SE 2020 is around 650$ so yea..and i can't get the 11 cause it costs 1,340$ and 11 Pro costs 1,440$

Are the top and bottom speakers balanced this time? My 7 has most of the volume come out the bottom. Doesn't really work well for a stereo effect.

tipoomaster it is, i used the 8 plus, damn, speaker is loud, i do have the 7, in the 7 i can feel the stereo in max volume although the bottom speaker is still a bit louder, but in 50% and down, the stereo is not much. On my 8 plus though, the stereo is quite balanced, the earpiece speaker is loud...

The iPhone 8's "gold" looks more like a rose gold or baby pink, which I hate. Also, both the front & the back of the 8 are glass, doubling the chances of the phone cracking/breaking. I currently have the 5s & if it were water resistant, I'd stick with it. I think I'm going with the 7.

Nah, bad decision. If you are personally worried for the glass breaking, then buy a case goddammit. The 7 is not worth getting especially as its a generation behind and you won't get the next iOs or two after. I have a 5 which is the iPhone that came before yours, and I'm planning to buy an iPhone 8 gsm unlocked space gray from T-mobile, which only sells for $25/month for 2 years. It is not even that bad. Also after iPhone 11 comes out this iPhone bouta go down $150.
