I just ran into this problem today. I’m glad I found your video. It makes me feel relieved it’s not too bad. Just got some work ahead of me. Do you recommend a password protection app? If so… which so you recommend?

do they have the passwords with the email? or are the passwords on a list alone and the emails are on a list alone? or are they together?

I don't really know for sure but I would assume it's all one list of email + password.

Ive been an Apple user since the 1st release of OSX. NEVER a single compromise until this "feature" popped up. HUH!? Weird, random, or just exposed? Apple states its doesn't store this information - the same keychiain is still definitively on their servers and still being viewed byt this intrusive and completely questionable feature. Apple claims only 288 people have inquired about this in their questionable community knowledge base thats always shut down to new discussions to keep the amount of complaints isolated. Amazingly my apple ID was somehow not compromised huh!? So sad.

Not sure what you mean by re-secured... Can you give me an example? Let's say you use Password123 as your Netflix password and that one shows up in a data leak. If you sign in to Netflix and change your password with them to be something new that you haven't used anywhere else, it is immediately secured.

Not exactly nothing to worry about; it's still good to change some passwords especially for your most important accounts like clouds and email and banks. But it's not a panic.
