There's quite a few things one could cover it up and make it nearly seamless, but I get your point. I guess I was so used to a headphone jack on a top, that I forgot. I don't have an iPhone 6, so I couldn't really say. Have to watch in low quality so I figured that it has a seam somewhere, just not visible in the blur. EDIT: So I decided to go fullscreen and go 1080p and have it buffer. The real jack is indeed there, just filled up/covered with something that is colored very similar to the area around it, then just markered up.

In the package there is an 3,5mm jack to lighting port adaptor, why dont you rewire this inside the phone, drill a hole and install a 3,5mm jack?
