Apple charges 300 to 600 dollars to replace the glass back on their new iPhones. Lucky for us, there is now an easier way to replace the back glass on your iPhone 8, iPhone X, or even iPhone 11. You gotta buy the machine for that, and I'm guessing it's not gonna be cheap either.. XD This isn't a service like something you do at your local Samsung repair shop, it's meant FOR repair shops. Maybe sometime in the near future you'll be able to find one of these near you.

How do they manage to remove the back glass without damaging the camera lens cover? IIRC the camera cover actually sits over the glass, so you'd have to remove the camera cover when you remove the glass. Was it laser cut or something?
