stopped trusting Samsung since Samsung s4 times. My brand new S4 was overheating to the point that i couldn't use over the ear to talk. Took it to samsung store and i was able to demonstrate it in store by opening many apps and camera etc. Store manager said they witnessed device was overheating but she couldnt do anything as this was new model and they didnt have any refurbished models. It felt bad but i was scared to use that device because of explosion. She even gave me that in writting that device overheats and not safe to use. I stopped using that device and bought iphone. Apple aftersales service is great and it just works.

Lol, it's sad that this is happening. I had the previous Note and switched back to Apple because it was over heating for me. Honestly, if their was not issues with Galaxy, their is no real advantages to use one phone over the other. Apple has more apps so if you like Apps to Apple. At the time, Note was better for me because the platform more open. In the future, I will get a Mac to build apps for the IPhone I suppose and use my Galaxy light for on my Pc.
